Returns:

Due to the unique and personalized nature of our gifts, we regret to inform you that returns are not accepted for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective personalized item, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order. To initiate the replacement process, please provide clear photographs and opening video of the damaged or defective item, as well as your order number. We will assess the situation and provide instructions on the next steps.

If the product returned to us due to shipping companies negligence we will send it again. Customers don't have to pay any shipping charges.

Cancellations:

As our personalized gifts are crafted promptly, changes or cancellations to personalized orders is not possible.
